Fortitude program
The Fortitude Program is designed to grow the skills of identified emerging leaders within our business. Delivered over 18 months across five modules, this specialised program helps take participants’ careers to the next level to become innovative thinkers, supportive and empathetic managers, and dynamic leaders.
Formwork program
The Formwork Program brings together an identified group of promising and capable site personnel and equips them with the skills and tools to be future leaders in our business.
The program is designed to strengthen the self-performing capabilities that these individuals already display and encourage them on a path of successful future leadership at JMac.
Evolve program
The Evolve initiative is a carefully curated program of learning delivered through a series of workshops, each focused on unique elements of interpersonal intelligence and how they support leadership and our teams. It’s a powerful professional development course aimed at cultivating a highly collaborative, and innovative workforce.
