Brunswick Street Mall Facelift
Brisbane City Council is funding the $4 million upgrade and construction is anticipated to be completed in mid-2014. JMac’s scope of work includes constructing new pavements, catenary roof, signage, artwork and furniture.
The upgrade will be staggered to maintain pedestrian access to shop frontages and ensure business operates as normal. When finished, the mall will feature open streetscapes, improved lighting, dining and entertainment areas, public artwork and improved CCTV.
JMac is also currently working on a range of projects including Robelle Domain Stage 2, Springfield; CBD Play For All, Brisbane Botanical Gardens and the Port Capacity Project, Port of Melbourne.
JMac has the capability to provide a fully integrated service from initial concept through to final construction. This project will extend their experience in public infrastructure and open space projects.
