Outcomes
Delivering the project within a dense urban environment beside a busy cruise ship terminal required meticulous planning and coordination. JMac implemented proactive communication measures, issuing notifications to nearby residents ahead of all night works and carefully scheduling construction activities around peak cruise‑day traffic to minimise disruption.
JMac also utilised advanced 3D design software to integrate all playground design disciplines into a single model. This enabled comprehensive desktop conflict analysis, eliminating re‑work on site and reducing the installation program by half.
